Delivery times
We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Metropolitan France : 10 to 15 business days

• Europe : 12 to 15 business days

• International : 12 to 17 business days

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process, based on the weight and destination of the package.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Returns and exchanges

Return period
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging .

• Personalized or promotional products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.

Return procedure

1. Contact us at contact@lamirez.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you instructions on how to return your item.

3. Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will proceed with the refund or exchange within 20 working days .
