General terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales concluded via the website https://lamirez.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by Lamirez .
By ordering on our site, the customer (hereinafter "the Buyer") accepts these conditions without reservation.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Lamirez.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, a minimal variation in visual representation (color, texture, engraving) may exist depending on the display medium.
Product offers are valid while stocks last .

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final order confirmation.
Lamirez reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Order

To place an order, the Buyer must:

  1. Select the desired product(s).

  2. Add them to your cart.

  3. Confirm your order after checking the summary.

  4. Accept these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Proceed to secure payment.

The order is considered final only after confirmation of payment and receipt of a confirmation email .

Lamirez reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (ongoing dispute, suspicion of fraud, obvious error, etc.).

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the Shopify platform:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Shopify Payments

Transactions are fully secured via the SSL (HTTPS) protocol.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Lamirez's partner carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metropolitan France: 10 to 15 business days

  • Europe: 12 to 15 business days

  • International: 12 to 17 business days

The exact costs and delivery times are specified when ordering.
Lamirez cannot be held responsible for any delay related to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.

Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

The refund will be issued within 7 working days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

9. Returns and exchanges

In the event of a defective or damaged product upon delivery, the Buyer must contact Lamirez within 48 hours with a photo of the product concerned.
A replacement or a refund will then be offered.

10. Customized Products

Personalized items (engravings, texts, logos, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a defect found.

11. Responsibility

Lamirez cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
In any event, Lamirez's liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the Buyer.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the lamirez.com website (texts, images, logos, design, trade name, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law .
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

13. Personal data

The personal data collected during orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting:

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
